Ecoplast RM-1,5 rolled, polymeric, roofing and waterproofing material is a state-of-the-art patented development in a family of polymeric rolled materials. Polymer compound consist of Ecoplast RM-1,5 material, Runakrom K (adhesive) mastic and Runakrom-3 (protective) mastic. With all the qualities of polymeric materials, proven by tests of Central Research Institute for Transport Construction, JSC, Ecoplast RM-1,5 rolled material is now lighter, thinner, more elastic and non-combustible. Compound is designed for use at sites with high fire safety.

At compressor stations with gas compressor units in individual buildings for separations of premises of centrifugal blower and turbine engine there are dividing walls.
These walls are panels from ceramsite concrete or gas silicate mounted on the metal structures of foundation beams and columns. Joints between panels are sealed with rubber porous gaskets and on both sides filled with cement grouping. Joint width is 50 mm. During operation cement grouping of joint becomes cracked up to the spalling. In addition, the panels can become cracked or partially destructed. It leads to loss of tightness and consequently need for frequent repairs.

One of the problems faced by gas transportation companies of Gazprom, JSC is to ensure gas-tightness of dividing walls between engine room and compressor units gallery in shops of compressor stations of trunk gas pipelines.
Urgency of this issue is supported by the fact that existing technology for interpanel seam sealing of dividing wall ensures the integrity of the wall structure and its gas-tightness for not very long period of time – usually up to one year. This leads to the need for frequent repair and renewal works.
